The Eastern Cape Liquor Board approached Grabbing Agency and partner Imvelo Solutions to revamp their website and transform it into a content-first platform. Their primary goal was to publish industry insights and regulatory updates to their stakeholders. Additionally, they wanted the platform to make access to their documents easy to access and download.Our team at Grabbing Agency began by conducting a thorough analysis of the existing website. We identified several issues that needed to be addressed in order to achieve the client's goals. The website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and lacked the necessary features to support a content-first approach.
To address these issues, we proposed a complete redesign of the website, with a focus on improving user experience and functionality. We developed a new information architecture that was easier to navigate and allowed for quick access to the most important content. We also implemented a content management system that made it easy for the client to publish and manage their content.One of the key features we implemented was a document library that allowed users to easily access and download the Eastern Cape Liquor Board's documents.
